Bailey has been a serial entrepreneur for most of his life. After receiving regional notoriety as being a top sales performer and trainer, in Northern California, with such companies as Xerox, Exxon and Federal Express, Bailey committed to being a full-time entrepreneur in 1987, leaving Corporate America to help guide an investment bank start a new venture — distributing video "infotainment" systems: Custom lobby video dispensing machines and in-room guests' television sets with built-in VCR players, with data mining capabilities to the lodging and hospitality industry. The investment bank, having purchased a South African touch-screen video dispenser manufacturing company, relocated the company to the United States and renamed the company, VideoRated, Inc. Bailey's contract with the company, as its VP of channel sales and marketing, was to train industry equipment re-sellers  and dealers in the conceptual presentations, ultimately selling equipment to lodging and hospitality property owners and management teams.  After achieving unprecedented growth in sales to a variety of hotels and lodging properties, VideoRated, Inc. — the company — was sold to Carolco Pictures' International Video Entertainment Group (IVE: Distributors of Sylvester Stallone's "Rocky" franchise). Bailey opted to be bought-out of the remaining time on his employee contract. And, as they say… the rest is history.

Vicki has more than 30 years of demonstrated knowledge and management proficiency in architectural planning, space usage and efficiency, as well as competency in all aspects of project programming and management through the design and construction disciplines. She has been responsible for planning and administering blanket contracts of noted architectural firms, and Aerospace Industry organizations. She has also been responsible for managing the design of comprehensive furniture systems and accessories for executive office suites, and common-area projects.

Ralph Peterson, MD, has been practicing medicine for over 30 years of which 25 years of service has been in specializing in Gastroenterology (GI) and internal medicine (IM). Called affectionately “Dr. P” by his patients, he is an acknowledged expert in his field. Ralph is a graduate of the prestigious Howard University Medical School in 1978, and completed his residency, as chief resident of internal medicine, at General Hospital, in the District of Columbia. Staying at the hospital for another two years, Ralph specialized in gastroenterology and internal medicine before returning to California in 1980 to open his private practice. A sought after speaker on Gastroenterology, disease prevention and patient health and wellness programs, Ralph has also been a spokesman for the American Cancer Society, and often speaks to diverse groups of medical professionals and communities at large on the prevention and treatment of hepatitis, colorectal cancer and other GI diseases. Throughout all of calendar years 2017 and 2018 Ralph has narrowed his focus principally treating hepatitis and alzheimer’s patients to live a better quality of life.

James is the founder of Con10u2farm L3C, a new Social Enterprise Aquaponics Ag Tech firm that incorporated in 2013. Con10U2farm specializes in growing specialty crops for distressed communities; and training Veterans for sustainable careers after ending their time in Armed-Forces services. He is a frequent speaker on the subject of nutritious food for a healthier community, from Tuskegee University 2014, Sacramento State 2014, and Alabama State University 2015. He has been featured in local (news 10) Sacramento Ca. to get Urban Ag Ordinance passed that will allow residents to grow and sell food they produce on their property to anyone - Ordinance passed the council on April 1, 2015 and went into effect on April 23, 2015. James is currently consulting with Peacock Place in Montgomery Alabama, to design build 6000 Sq. Ft. Aquaponics Facility along the Civil Rights Trial 2015. He has also been an executive Board member of Louisiana Association of Cooperatives since 2010; and is a Member of Farmers Veteran Coalition and founder of EcoBro Community Gardens.

In addition to his talent as a cannabis product developer in the rapidly burgeoning cannabis industry, Tim is a information technology (IT) specialist, and heads a software technology and programming consultant firm - Pervasive Netwerks - in the San Francisco bay area.
